Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Strategy Development
Implementing the department's policies, short- and long-term goals, and procedures as required.
- Overseeing the implementation of operational plans, policies, procedures, and transition/transition plans.
Budgeting and Oversight
- Monitoring costs and resources for daily activities
- Responsible for staffing and budgeting the department.
Operational Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Supervising various programs for gifted students and monitoring the process of identifying optimal caretakers and gifted individuals, while monitoring the implementation of programs designed to support gifted students.
- Proposing and developing educational plans for school activities and theaters, while monitoring and providing health services in schools.
- Supervising and managing various educational initiatives in all cities.
- Proposing and developing educational plans for evening classes and homeschooling.

- Reviewing and approving general education programs and ensuring compliance with the Royal Commission's guidelines.
- Monitoring the development and implementation of student affairs programs and activities.
