Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties: Strategy Development - Implementing the department's policies, long-term and short-term objectives, and procedures as required. - Overseeing the implementation of operational plans, policies, procedures, and transition/transition plans. Budgeting and Oversight - Monitoring costs and resources for daily activities. - Responsible for staffing and budgeting the department. Operational Duties - Planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the delivery of educational service support to all cities. - Ensuring the provision of necessary services to the end beneficiaries in all cities. - Supervising the improvement of the efficiency of educational facilities and the quality of the educational process. - Planning educational service support programs provided in all cities and developing various measures to monitor and evaluate performance. - Managing contractors and employees who provide services to educational programs. - Providing support services to educational programs and the end beneficiary as required. - Taking corrective action when necessary to ensure that the contractor's performance meets the requirements and standards of the Royal Commission. - Coordinating and directing projects, preparing detailed plans to achieve objectives, and guiding the integration of activities.
