Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Strategy Development
- Implementing the department's policies, long-term and short-term objectives, and procedures as required.
- Overseeing the implementation of operational plans, policies, procedures, and transition/transition plans.
Budgeting and Oversight
- Monitoring costs and resources for daily activities
- Responsible for staffing and budgeting the department.
Operational Duties
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Managing the equipment of schools, laboratories, and libraries.
- Monitoring and evaluating contractor performance, and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure the Authority's standards and interests are maintained.
- Monitoring the status and implementation of educational activities.
- Managing human resources in the department and schools, including recruitment, replacement, training, promotion, evaluation, and nomination for administrative and supervisory positions, and cooperating and coordinating with relevant departments and administrations.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of the administrative and teaching staff in schools, determining their work locations and transfer procedures between schools.
