A three-day (15-hour) training program was held to enhance academic leadership and improve the student experience in higher education. Led by Dr. Mahdi Almaghrabi, the course focused on academic quality, leadership practices, and global education standards. It targeted academic leaders, including deputy directors, department heads, and program coordinators.
